Turquoise doesn't always have to be paired with silver, or even metal; it's such a versatile stone it really can be mixed with a multitude of materials.
In this week's featured piece, turquoise actually plays a supporting role, letting this lovely vintage bakelite pendant take center stage. Other organic elements such as carved bone, and wonderfully smooth vintage wooden beads, lend their stage presence as well.
